GT Signature is a family owned and operated business with over twenty-five years experience in the residential and commercial construction business. Garrett Eaton, President and Owner of GT Signature Development Group, Inc. has been in construction almost his entire life. He started off his career in construction by working with his grandfather, a contractor in Mesa, Arizona where he learned the value of good work ethics, quality workmanship, attention to detail and standing by your word. Later, Garret took those practical skills and combined them with a formal education in construction management. Garrett started GT Signature Development Group, a company based on the values and craftsmanship taught to him by his grandfather.
Each project is managed from beginning to end by Garrett and is approached with the mindset that it has to be built as close to perfect as is possible. It’s got to be better built than the competition. These are the challenges that keep him in this business. He takes great pride in the attention to detail that’s put into every project that carries his name. Garrett believes that true quality is as much unseen as it is seen, from structural integrity to energy efficiency to quality control, therefore, he holds his subcontractors to a very high standard, and they know that.
It can be said that Garrett has a true passion for construction. You will find him at one of his project sites every day. He spends all his time on the job where he is most comfortable working with his trades and customers.
